1、分析原(yuan)理:
煤(mei)中(zhong)各(ge)種(zhong)形態的(de)硫在(zai)不(bu)低於1150℃高溫(wen)和(he)催化(hua)作用(yong)下(xia),於凈(jing)化(hua)的(de)空氣(qi)流(liu)中進(jin)行(xing)燃燒分解,生(sheng)成的(de)二氧(yang)化(hua)硫以(yi)電(dian)解碘化(hua)鉀和(he)溴化(hua)鉀溶(rong)液(ye)所產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)碘和(he)溴進(jin)行(xing)庫化(hua)滴定(ding),電(dian)生(sheng)碘和(he)電(dian)生(sheng)溴所(suo)消耗的(de)電(dian)量由庫侖積(ji)分儀(yi)積(ji)分,並(bing)由儀(yi)器計算出(chu)煤(mei)中(zhong)含(han)硫的(de)毫(hao)克數和(he)百分數。

2、程(cheng)序控(kong)制原(yuan)理:
該(gai)儀(yi)器全過(guo)程(cheng)采(cai)用微(wei)機(ji)自動(dong)控(kong)制,機(ji)器接通電(dian)源(yuan)後,以通過(guo)鍵(jian)盤(pan)鍵入(ru)
日(ri)期和(he)試(shi)樣(yang)重(zhong)量(3位數),按壹下(xia)啟(qi)動鍵(jian),電(dian)機(ji)正轉(zhuan),帶(dai)動(dong)試(shi)樣(yang)送(song)樣(yang)棒向前(qian)推進(jin),推進(jin)到(dao) 700℃處(chu)時(shi),送(song)樣(yang)機(ji)構自(zi)動將(jiang)信(xin)號送(song)入(ru)計算機(ji),使(shi)用機(ji)停轉,並(bing)延時45秒(miao),然(ran)後,計算機(ji)發(fa)出(chu)信(xin)號,使(shi)電(dian)機(ji)正轉(zhuan)帶(dai)動(dong)送(song)樣(yang)棒繼續向前(qian)推進(jin),到(dao)1150℃處(chu)時(shi)送(song)樣(yang)機(ji)構又自動將(jiang)該(gai)信(xin)號送(song)入(ru)計算機(ji),使(shi)電(dian)機(ji)停轉;自動判斷電(dian)解終(zhong)點(dian),然(ran)後(hou)發(fa)出(chu)信(xin)號,使(shi)電(dian)機(ji)反(fan)轉(zhuan),把送(song)樣(yang)棒拉回到(dao)原(yuan)來(lai)位置(zhi),電(dian)機(ji)停轉,測試(shi)的(de)全過(guo)程(cheng)結束,打印出(chu)測(ce)試(shi)數據(ju)。
3、終(zhong)點(dian)和(he)電(dian)解電(dian)流(liu)控(kong)制器原(yuan)理
當(dang)電(dian)解液處(chu)於終(zhong)點(dian),即(ji)電(dian)解液處(chu)於平衡狀(zhuang)態時(shi),指示電(dian)極(ji)間電(dian)位接近
於零,電(dian)解電(dian)極(ji)的(de)電(dian)解終(zhong)止(zhi),當(dang)有(you)S02 進(jin)入(ru)電(dian)解池後(hou),破壞了(le)電(dian)解液的(de)電(dian)
解平衡,指(zhi)示電(dian)極(ji)間電(dian)位隨之升高,電(dian)解開(kai)通,電(dian)解電(dian)極(ji)開(kai)始進(jin)行(xing)電(dian)解,
以電(dian)生(sheng)碘和(he)電(dian)生(sheng)溴氧(yang)化(hua)滴定(ding)S02與水(shui)化(hua)合(he)生(sheng)成的(de)亞硫酸和(he)硫酸,電(dian)解電(dian)流(liu)的(de)大(da)小(xiao)由指示(shi)電(dian)極(ji)的(de)電(dian)位高(gao)低決定(ding)。當(dang)再(zai)次(ci)達到滴定(ding)終(zhong)點(dian)時(shi),指(zhi)示(shi)電(dian)極(ji)間的(de)電(dian)位重(zhong)回到(dao)接近於零,電(dian)解電(dian)極(ji)上的(de)電(dian)解電(dian)流(liu)立即(ji)為(wei)零,電(dian)解終(zhong)止(zhi)

滴定(ding)池(chi)它(ta)與原(yuan)來(lai)的(de)產(chan)品(pin)相(xiang)比(bi),具(ju)有(you)反(fan)應(ying)速(su)度快、更靈敏(min),適(shi)應(ying)樣(yang)品(pin)含(han)量測量範圍更寬(kuan),並(bing)具(ju)有(you)安(an)裝方(fang)便(bian)、維護(hu)簡單(dan)之優點(dian)。
微(wei)庫侖放大(da)器采(cai)用新(xin)集成電(dian)路(lu)組成,用單(dan)片機(ji)微機(ji)控(kong)制系(xi)統控(kong)制信(xin)號檢測(ce)和(he)電(dian)解電(dian)流(liu)取樣(yang)。該(gai)儀(yi)器檢測(ce)下(xia)限S:0.2mg/L,Cl:0.5mg/L。基線(xian)噪(zao)聲≤2mv,基(ji)線漂移≤5mv/min,因(yin)而(er)要(yao)求(qiu)放大(da)器靈敏(min)度(du)高,抗(kang)幹擾(rao)能(neng)力(li)強(qiang)。
